Chalk now covers the basic organiser flow: build a draw, call matches, start now or come back later, restart a match when needed, time every match with the same simple timer, and publish a safe public bracket when the room needs a display.

Add local players, friends, or signup-link entrants. Organisers can seed walk-ups, existing local players, linked friends, and accepted cloud signups into one tournament.
Same simple timer for tournament matches. Ball-by-ball tournament mode uses a big current-ball timer with Next reset and pause/resume, while total match time keeps running for the result.
Publish a live bracket for spectators and big screens. Public tournament pages show safe bracket, match, table, and standings data without exposing private analytics or account details.
